I have been in the video production and television business since 1979, yes that means I was working AMPEX 2" reel to reel videotape machines and RCA TK 45 studio cameras. Google those names to see what I mean! Since that time, I have directed live news and various other television programs. Produced a variety of television features and corporate productions, as well as shooting video, editing and eventually on camera hosting and voice over work. My background in photography is even longer...the first camera I ever shot with was a Canon "Canonet" 35mm rangefinder that belonged to my father. I still have it, albeit not in working condition. I received my own camera, a Kodak X-15 in the mid seventies. The Kodak shot on 126 format cartridge film and provided me with tons of reasonable images...it was by no means an SLR. Finally when high school art class required a more modern and capable camera, I acquired the use of the infamous Canon AE-1. This was the most modern and technologically advanced SLR at that time and I put it to use all the while learning more and more about still photography. The Canonet was still used and somewhere through the years I acquired some Polaroid cameras as well. Throughout the years I have shot a variety of subjects and met a ton of famous people...everyone from Jack Nicklaus to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. My experience in the professional world...provides the customer with professional results.
Today I utilize some of the most up to date and flexible equipment to meet a variety of client needs. Here is a basic equipment list.
